Eligibility:
- Students should graduate in their master’s degree in law/ LLM (or equivalent) from any recognized university. Candidates who have qualified with more than 55% of marks or an equivalent are eligible for this course.
- Student should clear NET/XLET for the admission into the programme
Stages of the Program:
- Duration (3-5 Years)
- Course work in the 1st Year > Review seminars > Pre Thesis topic registration seminar > Topic approved for registration > Thesis submission within 5 years of enrollment.
The ‘Doctor of Philosophy’ (Ph.D) program, intended to prepare the participants for teaching and research positions both within and outside academia. The participants who complete the program successfully are conferred the designation of “Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, XIM University ”. Our Scholars are expected to be specialists in their respective fields and capable of generating new knowledge that contributes to the development of management thinking and practice.
The program draws upon Indian and global experience in doctoral education in management and various related fields. The program is also designed to serve as a venue for nurturing various academic debates concerning research. The program structure includes a significant component of research training, facilitated by both in-house and visiting researchers. Ph.D Scholars are expected to develop deep understanding in the areas of research selected by them. They also get a structured exposure to a range of management topics, develop various professional skills, and participate in the Institute’s academic activities. The Institute supports participation in academic conferences and publication of one’s work in scholarly media.
