XCURIA FESTUM – 1st Intra Xavier Law Fest 2026
Xavier Law School, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, is organising its 1st Intra Xavier Law Fest – XCURIA FESTUM 2026 from 5 October to 12 October 2026, bringing together students for a vibrant celebration of legal knowledge, advocacy, creativity, and co-curricular excellence.
The week-long fest is being organised collaboratively by the MCC, ADR, LAC, and LCC. The fest provides students with a dynamic platform to explore diverse dimensions of legal education beyond the classroom while developing essential professional and interpersonal skills.
The fest features a series of engaging academic and co-curricular competitions, including Lex Regnum 5.0 – the 5th Intra-Semester Moot Court Competition, Dialogus Pacifer 3.0 – the 3rd Intra-Semester Mediation Competition, Juris Trialogue, and the 1st Xavier Crime Scene Investigation (XCSI), along with an inaugural and valedictory ceremony.
Through these activities, XCURIA FESTUM 2026 aims to foster critical thinking, legal reasoning, research, advocacy, negotiation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and effective communication among students. The fest also encourages healthy competition and provides students with opportunities to apply their academic learning to simulated legal and practical situations.
With its blend of mooting, mediation, legal advocacy, investigation, literary and cultural engagement, XCURIA FESTUM seeks to create a vibrant student experience while strengthening the culture of academic and professional excellence at Xavier Law School.
